Lost playlists and gotten new ones? Hacked?

Hi everyone,

When entering spotify i noticed i lost al my playlists.

Different playlists were added and a follower.

Was i hacked? has anyone seen this before?

Is my personal info on spotify stolen?

I know for a fact, no one i know was able to change things in my spotify account.

I know i can recover my old playlists and i changed my password.

Can spotify personal find out this problem?

never heard of this problem. Check your devices if there is one you don't know. 

Nothing else can be done I think.
