Lost playlists, random playlists showing up.

When logging in a couple of days ago, the following happened:

- I was told that someone was listening on some device which is not mine

- All my playlists were gone

- I had started following a playlist I've never heard of

 

It might seem that my account has been hacked, or has been confused with someone elses account.. Are somebody able to look into this? Is it possible to retrieve my playlists somehow?

That doesn't sound right... I suggest you do the following:

 

  1. Go to your account page on our website.
  2. Click SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE

If you're worried about the security of your account, you can also change or reset your password

 

To recover your deleted playlists, just click here and then on Recover Playlists 🙂

Hi. I have the same problem. I have already signed out everywhere and changes my password and it's still happening. All my playlists still exist, but whenever I open Spotify, there's a slew of playlists I didn't listen to in my Recent area.

 

Very frustrated by this issue.
