Lost playlists when i moved country

Hi I recently moved to France from Norway. Spotify told me I wasn't in the country i registered in and I had to change my country and then a short time after all my lists dissapeared, please can you help?

Hey Elisabeth - I can still see playlists on your account, although the country is still set to France. It's possible you are logging in with a Facebook address rather than your "elisgu" account.

You should be able to change your country over on the Edit Profile page - https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/

Hi David, thanks for getting back to me. The playlists you can see are the ones I made after my others got deleted when i changed the country to France from Norway. I am currently still in France so I guess the country settings should stay as they are?
I´m just looking to get my old playlists back if that's possible?

Elisabeth - Those playlists is everything that account has ever had I'm afraid. If you have a Facebook account, try logging into Spotify with that. If you see the playlists there, then we should be able to try and move them over.

Hmm that´s really strange I used to have about 10 playlists with lots of songs i can´t remember on there.

I had them in August, and now all I have is these 6 I have made since. So there is absolutely no record of any other playlist before these 6 i have now?

I take it there is nothing I can do and my old playlists are lost forever?
