Lost premium account

Hello !

My mother has a Spotify premium account she has been paying for for years. She changed phones and wanted to take her identifications to log in on her new phone. She couldn't do it and asked me to help but the problem is I cannot find any email address connected to her account. Because of that I don't know how to get her account back and she keeps paying for it because she doesn't know how to stop her premium account. The worst part now is that her phone doesn't work anymore and the only proof we have of the account is the payments. 

I know it is a complicated problem but I really don't know what to do... Thanks for your help in advance !

If her old phone still works (I assume it doesn't), she could just head into the Spotify app's Settings > Account where she'll be able to see the username associated with her account.

Alternatively, she can reach out to Support so that they can try to locate the account: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.
