Lost premium and playlists

I bought premium on feb 18 and have now lost it, my playlists are also gone.

 

I received this email yesterday:

How did this happen? I'm not amused.

Hi Warchicken, 

 

Most likely you've made a duplicate account while trying to connect to Facebook. 

 

Please see this other thread for more details. 

That solution doesn't apply to me.

I've been able to locate the duplicate account you've created on our system. 

 

However, you then upgraded this account rather than your original 'warchicken' one. Keep an eye on your inbox as I've just sent you an email outlining we can do next to sort this out. 

I replied to the email, please resolve this.

This problem also happend to me! I lost my account, playlist and suddenly my old spotify account took over the new one from which I created in december 2011.

 

Please help me, I'm confused and is not amused.

my playlist whit all my music is gone ????what has happend

Paddmadde - I moved your post over to here, as there are multiple threads with similar topics. If you could make sure you log in with the username 'paddmadde' and your Spotify password, you'll log into the correct account. Your playlists are waiting for you.
