Lost premium code

 

Last year, i've given my girlfriend a premium code as a birthday gift, which i had purchased on the spotify website. She wasn't able to use the code up until now because she did not have acces to a stable internet connection. She had printed her subscription key so she could enter it when she had a internet connection again. 

 

Unfortunately, she lost the printed out version and i only saved my paypal receipt which does not have the premium code on it. 

I am now wondering if there is a way to obtain the premium code again.

Hey Robert,

 

That receipt might have the code on it, but it'll be hidden in a URL. It'll be something like spotify.com/redeem followed by the code itself.

 

If not, send me a private message on here with the order number on your receipt and I'll chase that code up.

I have the same problem. 

Is it possible to do something with it? 

I got the code for a birthdaygift and I lost the code. 

What do I need to do?
