Hope you don't mind me replying in English.

Could you try force quitting the app > restart the device twice, to see if that gets the feature activated? Also, make sure you're on the latest app version (which you should be after the reinstall).

yes, i am on the most current version of spotify. I did what was asked but the failure continues.
