Músicas removidas no plano familiar

Fiz o upgrade para o Premium familiar. Contudo, as músicas baixadas sempre são apagadas quando fico online, recebendo o aviso de que só posso ter 3 dispositivos offline. Contudo posso ter 6 por ser Premium familiar, conforme prometido, mas isso não acontece. Quero uma solução.

Hi @ravlopes, I'm sorry I can't reply in Portuguese hope you understand, as far as I understand you have a Family Plan and you're receiving a message that you've reached the maximum of three devices to use offline. Let me tell you that Family Plan consists of 5 accounts + 1, each account INDIVIDUAL (meaning each can have 3 devices), that being said each of your family members should be using their own account.
