1. Where can I get more information on this and how to file a complaint for this issue. 

2. This website is buggy and frustrating 

3. Who wanted this to be a default feature? I'd rather listen to commercials on pandora than have to make my session private or go offline everytime I go to the gym. 

fix this dumb feature make it an opt in by default not an opt out. Or have it save your settings from previous sessions.
