MY ACCOUNT DOESN'T EXIST NO MORE?!

I been using spotify for more then a year now . Recently the app logged me off my account and I thought it was just a small bugged. But I tried logging back in & no luck + tried logging in on spotify website / client. So I decided to just make another account. Not even a day goes by and the same exact thing happen to the new account. Logged me off the account & I'm not able to log onto both accounts. *I remember the log in information* - Tried recovering both accounts and it says those account username don't exist, also tried with the email and no luck.

I hope at least my account hasn't been deleted, but either way it's inaccessible. I use the web player on windows 10 in chrome. I was logged out just now when I tried to play a song, and when I tried to log in it wouldn't accept my password even though I knew it was right. I then tried to reset my password, but instead of a working reset link, I was given this:

EDIT: It's been about 15 minutes since the issue happened, and I just tried to log in by going to play.spotify.com instead of open.spotify.com, and this time I was able to log in.

same here. Its working again, though I did nothing different this time
