Hope you don't mind us replying in English as it's the Community's official language.
 

In case your music suddenly stops it's a good idea to try logging out and back in to your Spotify account as well as closing and reopening the app. 

 

If this persists after attempting the above steps, try a clean reinstall of Spotify on your device. This will make sure you get the latest app version with all necessary updates.

I have the same problem, the music cuts out after a few seconds (usually 3 seconds or the music does not even start), my application is updated, I disconnected and I cleared the cache but it does not work not.

I use Spotify on iphone XR and have a family plan.

We'd recommend you run a clean reinstall of the app, following this guide here.

 

If that doesn't do the trick try the following:

  • Connect to a different network.
  • Log in with your account on another device, like a computer or the Web player and check if your music cuts off in the same manner.
  • Check if this happens with downloaded songs (Turn Offline mode ON) and podcast episodes.
