Made an account with Facebook, how to unlink?

I recently purchased Spotify Premium (Family), and made a new account as I wasn't sure if I had one already. However, when I went to link my Facebook account to said account, it'd already been used. After some looking around, it turns out I'd already made an account by using the "Log In With Facebook" button. 

My Question:

Is it possible to unlink a spotify account made with the "Log In With Facebook" button from facebook? If not, how can I use this facebook account for my current, premium, account?
