Made for you playlist showing to third

I just received a screenshot of a work friend and on her’s spotify home page is showing my “Made for you” playlist.

When she opens it, shows “playlist Made for Victor Ritton” and my profile pic on background.

The point is, I have nothing with her on Spotify, neither she is my Facebook friend (cause my Spotify is Linked tô FB).

How is that possible and how can I set my “Made for you” and all other generate for me playlists as secret/non-shared?

I dislike having my stuff shared without authorization…

Just to get more information about the case, have you already shared with her any of your Made for You playlists? Is she part of a shareable Premium plan (e.g Family or Duo) with you?
