Mail for device password is not been sent

Hi i have spotify family and try to use my onkyo 609 receiver.
To do so I requested a password for the onky receiver. I did this 5 times and it always says that a mail has been sent. Bu there is no mail. (also checked Spam)

Any ideas?

Topic closed. Had to contact spotify support to send it manually...
