Mail isn't registered but still doesn't work for creating a account

Hi spotify.

I'm trying to include my daughter in our spotify for family account.

But it's not possible to create a mail on her account but she can't get a recovery mail to it either. I've tried to ask spotify to remove the account entirely but they have not and haven't even contacted my back about it.

How can this issue be solved?

If you're having trouble creating an account for your daughter, try following these steps.

In case you can't find an account, but still get the same error messages, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to set up the account.
