Main account banned, can't login and change subscription model

Main account banned, can't login and change subscription model

My account got banned, probably because I downloaded songs to my MP3 player as part of a digital detox. Now I cannot login using my e-mail or username because it's not attached to an account, and I can't reset/make new account because the username/e-mail is already in use.

However, my wife can still use her account, but she can't change the subscription plan from her account page.

But I'm still charged for Premium Duo, although there's now just 1 user and now way to remove the primary user.

I am sorry to hear that. There’s more information on disabled accounts and possible next steps that you can take here.
