Man what wrong with spotfiy nowdays. Making me feel like going back to pandora.

First they deleted everyone of my playlist. Wiped out clean. Then I pay in advance up to three months of their premium package. And I didn't even get half the options they use to let you have. Like if you travel somewhere off line you can still listen to your playlists

Thanks but my playlist were deleted last week. Not yesterday those songs
are the ones I deleted while trying to rebuild all my playlist again. The
other features I am missing is when i wonder into a non wifi zone I can
still jam. I can't do that anymore . Second most of the music I am getting
from spotfiy sounds like they are off scratch or damage cd (way more
skipping sounds) and it kinda looks like I can't find some music I once had

You should be able to still recover those playlists through the link I provided above.

As for your Premium features:

In order to listen to music offline (I'm assuming that you can't use cellular data when you said "wander into a non-wifi zone"), you have to download the music you want to listen to first. You can do that by following the instructions for your device here.

Also, I'm not sure what's going on with those "skipping sounds." Have you tried logging in and out, restarting your device, and re-installing Spotify? That may fix your problem. If it doesn't, at least we have eliminated some of the options.

Lastly, sometimes music gets taken off Spotify due to a label's or artist's own reasons. I have experienced this many times myself, and sadly, there's not much we can do about that.
