I'm going to be an incoming fresmen at the University of Oregon, but I cannot get the student discount. How do I apply for manual verification?

No, a red box appears and this is what it says inside.

"We were unable to validate your student details. Please check your status and try again."

That's why I'm trying to apply for manual verification. Thank you for yuor help, though!
