Marantz NR1603 won't logging

Marantz NR1603 won't logging

We've got a Marantz NR1603 and want to use the internal Spotify feature. The system says we need a Premium membership.
So we got the Premium membership and the system still says we need a Premium membership. 
Does it take time to process the membership information? We updated the Marantz software. Can anybody help us?
