He visto esta semana que me han cobrado en vez de los 9,99 que cuesta el Premium, me han cobrado 14,99. No tengo ningun plan añadido de más ni nadie utiliza mi cuenta. Al entrar a mi cuenta me ponía que tenía contratado el Plan Familiar y yo no he contratado nada ni he cambiado nada. ¿Cual es el problema?

Have you tried opening an Incognito Window (starting a Private session) and pasting the link there? Do you get an error message when you open it and if so, what does it say?
