Me quitaron premium duo por supuestamente desconocer el pago de mi mensualidad

Me quitaron premium duo por supuestamente desconocer el pago de mi mensualidad

El día de ayer me llegó un correo en el que me avisaron que mi cuenta premium de Spotify había sido retirada debido a que desconocí el pago de esta misma, por lo que me reembolsaron el dinero y me retiraron la cuenta premium, sin embargo no me reembolsaron nada y yo jamás desconocí el pago, este correo me llegó 4 días después de haber realizado mi pago mensual de Spotify premium duo, alguien que me pueda ayudar a solucionarlo, porque no tengo mi cuenta premium, ni tampoco me reembolsaron mi dinero 😞
