Me saco del plan familiar y vivimos en la misma casa

Usamos la cuenta mis familiares y yo, pero hoy que desactive el modo offline me saco del plan familiar ayuda, por favor, intente que me mandaran la invitacion pero al poner nuestro domicilio dice que no es posible unirme que no tengo el mismo domicilio, nuncame pidio confirmarle nada ni me llego correo antes de confirmacion

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan.

 

If this happens, you may restore your Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Premium subscription. Check out our other trials and offers.

We live in the same address, an I have never received the confirmation for
type my address, we have been living together since 6 years the
subscription history is the evidence

You mention that you didn't receive that email. To make sure, can you check if the email address registered to your account is correct?

 

It would also be good to check:

  • Your spam/junk folders.
  • Any other filtered folders (e.g. if you use Gmail, it might be in the Social or Promotions tabs).
