Hi Spotify, my Premium membership was expiring on 16.03.2017. When I saw the payment was done from my account, I cancelled it, and expected that it will be cancelled from 16.04.2017 then, as I paid for this month. But it was cancelled from 16.03.2017 directly and I didn't receive the paid money back.

Thanks for that quick response. For this one, you'd need to reach out to Spotify directly as they will have a procedure to be followed before issuing a refund! - These guys will take it from here! 🙂

Hi @EthanS1 , yes, I received the e-mail, that I had cencelled the Subscription which expires on 16.03.2017. Though the money for next month were already charged.
