Merge facebook en original account

Hi,

Yesterday I ordered facebook premium.. In spotify nothing changed and i still had commercials.
I just detected the problem.
I have two accounts. (this one, and a facebook one)
I did always use my facebook account and all playlists are in that one.
But that is not the account on which i activated premium.

What to do?

I would suggest that you contact the payments team directly using the online contact form. They will need to confirm a few details with you privately but they should be able to move your subscription from one account to the other and then close the extra account 😉 

If you recieve an automated email reply, just reply directly to that with your original message and it will be sent to a member of the team who will be in touch via email, so remember to check your spam/junk folders as well as your inbox.
