Merging existing Premium account with a new one

I have had a Premium account for some time, but am looking to take a new contract for a tablet. The top dataplan option, which includes a Premium Spotify contract for the 2 years, works out cheapest as I will save my current monthly payment for the Premium Spotify contract I have now.

How can I merge my existing account with the new one that I will get from the tablet contract, such that I am only paying one fee a month? Alternatively, if I cancel my existing one, can I resurrect it with the new contract that comes with my tablet contract?
