I accidently opened a new spotify account, wihtout being aware of having one already. I became aware of it, when I tried to register my e-mail ("this account already exist"). Since I was really impatient, and could not access that e-mail when I wanted to listen to music, I registred a new premium account, with a different e-mail adress. The first account is free and have an e-mail adress I want to use for my premium subscription. I've tried to cancel my Free spotify account/subscription, but cannot figure out how to do that.
You should get in contact with the customer support directly using the online contact form or via Twitter @SpotifyCares. and they will be able to look into getting this sorted for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible
