Migration To Bank Slip

Hello there. I want to migrate from credit card to bank slip. I live in Brasil. I want to keep using the same email and same username, but when i cancel the credit card, it doesn't really cancels it. When i go to change the payment option, it doesn't give me the option of bank slip too.

So the question is: How do i transfer to bank slip, whilst keeping my current username and email.
