Missed Payment

Hello,

I think ive missed a monthly payment on spotify. Ive lost most of my music in my account and im wondering if i pay the ususal subscription fee will my account be restored with all my music?

Any help?

Hi there. If you missed a payment your account will become again free again but your playlists are still there, nothing will be erased. You just have to become premium again and enjoy all premium features!

I've now paid my subscription but my library and playlists still haven't
returned.


Anything else I can do. I thought everything was saved in an account.

Hi there. Please, could you check at www.spotify.com on the recovery playlist section if anything is in there?

It says I have no deleted playlists but there's still nothing in my library and playlists are gone.

Hey @jmaughan87 it sounds like you've created a second Spotify account--we never delete playlists on your account.

Spotify has deleted my entire library twice in the past for missed payments while I’ve been out of the country.
