Hey guys.

 

So I've read all the threads on here and tried absolutely everything, but nothing has worked for me. On my account it says I have spotify Premimum, however on the APP as well as desktop version, it comes up as 'Spotify Free'. When I try to click 'upgrade to premium' it takes me to add on Spotify Family Premium, without any other option. Any solution to this?! Dying without my offline playlists!!

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. 

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve this issue:

 

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
  • If it says Free, check the receipt  sent to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

What if I have premium with Salt. and it got resetted? If I now log in through Facebook, it says the account is free, but I'm paying for Spotify. What went wrong there? Any solutions how I can get it back working?

If you have Spotify Premium via a third-party provider, such as Salt, you'll need to contact them directly to receive information about your subscription. If your account has been reverted to Free, it typically would indicate that the merchant's terminal has informed Spotify of an expiration / cancellation of your third-party subscription. 

 

If your account has been reverted to Free, this would explain the revoke of your Premium benefits. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact Salt directly to restore the subscription.
