Missing & Added playlists, also now in Spanish?

I opened Spotify on my computer about 3 days ago. First of all I noticed that all of my playlists (except for one or two) were gone. I also found three new playlists created by some "Camila V. Gómez".

Today I also recieved an email from Spotify (in Spanish) stating:

Mantén tu cuenta segura.
Confirma tu dirección de correo electrónico para que siempre puedas acceder a tu cuenta y obtener información importante de nosotros.

translated to:

Keep your account safe.
Confirm your email address so you can always access your account and get important information from us.

I've changed my password to Spotify, Facebook aswell as my email. Did I act too rash? What could've caused this? Has someone unathorized accessed my account?


I am a premium user since somewhere around 2012, should that be of any relevance.


I've also sent an email to Spotify regarding this but have yet to receieve a reply.

You took the right steps to keep your account safe by updating your Spotify password right away. However, since your account information changed without your conscent, it's best to contact our Support team via Facebook or Twitter.


They'll be able to help you reverse any unwanted changes.
