Missing playlist and artists

One week ago I had to log in when I opend Spotify free on my Android. Since then I can not see my own playlists or the artists I follow. I have tried to log in with both username, e-mail and Facebook, and got the same results. I have tried to reset the playlists but there are no playlists deleted. What to do?

Hey @Idalindskold,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

Logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account.
