Missing premium

Hey, i bought premium with the offer for 3 months, but I havent received the premium yet, and spotify doesnt recognise that I am premium, even though I have received the receipt in my mail, and received a welcome to premium -mail. I followed the flowchart and it said to create a post, since I can see my playlists. The mail and username on the receipt, also matches the ones I use to log into spotify, so that is not the problem 🙂

Please take a look at the email receipt for your subscription purchase? In it, you'll find your username:


Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout and then use the username to login to your account.
