My Question or Issue

I mistyped my email on my Spotify account and cant change it without a password. I also forgot my password so I cant use that to change my email. I contacted Spotify and they said they couldn't change anything on my account so I'm seeing if I can get a different answer.

I am sorry to hear this. As Spotify support has said that they cannot change anything on your account, your only option would be to create a new one and transfer content from one account to the other. You mentioned your account is on Free, so you would not have to worry about canceling anything on the previous account.

 

You're able to make a new account here, and you can transfer everything from the old account to the new one by following these steps
