[Mobile][Other] Equalizer won’t stay on

I have an iPhone X and premium and on the few latest Spotify updates (currently version 8.5.1) I have been noticing that the equalizer that I have turned on won’t stay on the next time I open the app.

Example:

I open Spotify and turn on the equalizer and listen to music for a while and then the next day I open the app and I have to do it again.

can you describe The problem a little more?

I, too, have an iPhone x but don't experience this bug.

Does the equalizer dots stay on the same place yet the music plays normally or do they go back to flat?
