Mobile Subscription Issue

I have Spotify premium included in my mobile phone plan. I have just renewed the plan however now when I open Spotify it says my subscription has ended and am now using the free version. The phone is topped up with texts, data, minutes etc. working like normal. Is there an easy fix to this?

I'd recommend reaching out to your mobile provider so they can look into this.
