Hello can anyone help me I just paid for the premium online but it tells me I have to pay for it again is that true that I would have to pay again the 9.99 dollars?

im sorry guys i meant was i paid it online but when i get on my mobile to play a song it tells me to get the premium or play the radio so do i have to pay the $9.99 again

There's no need to pay twice, don't worry. I can see that your account is on Premium and everything should be working as intended.

 

To get your Premium status fully recognised try logging out and into the app a few times, or reinstall the app entirely.
