Modifiable Thumbs up/down

Hi,

I'm part of a family Premium account.  I log in on my laptop; it knows me.  I log in on Spotify app on my phone; it knows me.  I try to use Spotify through SONOS; it knows the rest of my family, but it has me listed as someone called Hannah with lots of strange playlists etc...  I have tried removing both apps from teh phone, resetting my password, and reloading the apps.  No difference!

Anyone ever had this before??

Any help gratefully received and Hannah if you're reading...I hope it just a weird thing, rather than a hacking thing 😞
