Money charged, no premium

Money charged, no premium

Hello,

 

i always wanted to try this service. When I saw the offer for 3 months for 0.99, I thought now or never. So I paid via paypal and I got the famous "Ooops, ...no money will be charged" message. But a second after, I got a message from my bank that the money has been charged and also a receipt from paypal. But NO PREMIUM!

And now what?

Don't know if it's the case, but sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your account a day or two later.

 

In any case, you should contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from a no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Si no les llego un recibo de pago de Spotify por email, no hubo cobro y lo mas seguro es que les regresen ese dinero automaticamente.

 

De todos modos, ponganse en contacto con servicio al cliente a traves de este link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

Si reciben la respuesta automatica, respondan a ese mensaje (aun si la direccion es 'no-reply') y una agente de servicio al cliente se pondra en contacto.
 
Se tardan, como maximo, 24 hrs habiles en contestar.

This has happened to me aswell. Can't cancel the premium as according to Spotify I have no premium, although 99p has been taken off my account

Yo tambien! Me lo cobraron y sigue apareciendo como gratis.

Hola, yo tambien tengo el problema, intente cuscribirme a premium, me aparecio el mensaje de error, problemas con el bando para realizar el cobro pero me revisando en mi tarjeta si realizaron el cobro y no tengo premium
