Welcome to Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us!

To ensure we are on the same page, you were charged, but your Spotify Premium isn't working. Right? In this case, the first step I recommend is checking your email to make sure you got a confirmation email and you can also check your account overview page to see if you got a receipt for your last payment. Here are some other tips and tricks you can follow in order to try to solve this:
