Money taken from bank account

I pay £4.99 for spotify every month and my card recently expired and have been trying to update the details in order to pay for it and have just gone into my bank account to see that there is pending £4.99 in my bank account 5 times, I have sent them 2 contact forms and I have heard nothing from them. I need this money back but there is no way to contact them, I have spoken to my bank and they told me I need to contact them but I have filled out the forms.

Since you already received automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam folder because sometimes emails might end up there.
