I didn't applied for Premium account but you take my money TWICE !

Check with your friends/family to see if anyone you know subscribed with your payment details, or learn how to find accounts. They can then follow these steps to cancel.

If you think your details have been used by an unauthorized party or anyone else you're not able to contact:

  1. Go to our contact form.
  2. Select Subscription, then Other.
  3. Click I STILL NEED HELP.
  4. Select Premium as your type of subscription.
  5. Under Your Spotify username or Facebook login, enter "unknown".
  6. Under Your email address (registered to your Spotify account), enter the email address you'd like to be contacted on.
  7. Fill out the other details and submit.

Then support will get back to you to get this sorted.
