Hi I'm looking to go premium but only option in getting is a yearly subscription which I don't want to do. How can I change or find this option

Can somebody tell me how when I cancelled my account 4 months ago that I get charged 2 last month of 2 payments of 9.99 each. Been in touch with my bank to reclaim the money back but it's down to Spotify to give me the money back

Let's try to solve this. First, try to check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription. Do you have yours?
