Moved abroad and can no longer pay for Premium?

Hey,

I moved to Korea from the UK two weeks ago for a year, and I've had spotify working fine but now it says to keep using it I need to sign up to premium which I don't mind doing, however whenever I click the link to go to the subscriptions page and get it sorted it takes me to a page that says spotify is not available in your country. Any way I can by pass this and get myself back on?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Try going to your account settings then changing your country to the UK.

If that doesn't work, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to sort this for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
