Moved countries and cannot update my country

Hi there,

I have moved from the UK to Australia and I'm trying to update my country as it's connected to a UK bank account. When I try to change my country in settings it says to update the payment option and it will prompt me to update my country. Instead it's only saying my bank and country do not match and that I need to update the country. When trying to change the country it's greyed out and I cannot change.

 

Please help otherwise I will have to lose spotify.

We suggest you follow the exact steps listed here. Keep in mind that you need to update your payment method to one that's been issued in your new country.
