Moved from NL to Singapore

Moved from NL to Singapore

Two years ago we moved from The Netherlands to Singapore. We started our Spotify subscription in NL. We all used this account in Singapore. Three weeks ago we upgraded this account to a family account. I signed up with a new account, but this account registrates Singapore. We only want to change to country of the main account. Do we really have to make a new account, to subscribe again with a new generated email address? Spotify please help to solve this easily....

When you upgrade your account to Family Plan, do you do it with a payment method of NL or Singapore?, If you used a NL payment method it can't be used at Singapore, even if you're living there, but you also can try changing your postal code from this page: https://www.spotify.com/family/verify
