Moved to Slovenia

Hello,

I lived in Germany where I had Spotify ( I also had Premium for some time, not I was a free member ).
No I moved to Slovenija and can`t use my Spotify anymore. 
Could I use it, if I would get Premium again, or cant I use it here at all? 
It would be great, if I could use it, I have all my playlists here and really don`t know what to do without Spotify q.q
