Moved to new country - spotify thinks im travelling and wont let me use

Hi

I have moved from the UK to Ireland, to clarify, this is where I will be living now (i have emigrated). I have a spotiy free account that was created when I was living in the UK and now it wont let me use spotify after changing the country options in my account as it says "spotify free allows you to use the service for 14 days from abroad, upgrade if you want to continue using".

Please advise what I need to do to get spotify working again since I have moved to live in another country rather then just travelling.

Hey 🙂 

Since Spotify is now available in Ireland, you should be able to continue using your free account there. 

What happens if you try to update your country to Ireland on your online profile?

Well, that was what i did and I got the above error, however I have just tried logging in again and it seems to have worked. Im not sure what happened, but it sounds like it was a bug with spotify.
