Moving Playlists Between Accounts

I was in contact with a Spotify help 3 days ago as I wanted to change the address linked to my Spotify account. They suggested I make a new account and re-register for Premium on that one. They said they would be able to transfer my playlists to the new account. I still don't have the playlists from my original account on the new account. Is there any way I can get this done?

Something similar happened to another person in the community, and apparently this work.
