Hello, Just wondering if I move from having an individual premium to family subscription, do I lose all my downloaded/saved music and will I have to create a new account? Or will my current account just transfer over?

You will not lose your music, your accounts plan will change from Premium to Family, that's it 🙂

Hello, my brother and I shared account which I created a playlist for on my account ,and now on family plan, how do I transfer his playlist to his account now?

It's not possible to change the owner of a playlist. You could make the playlist a collaborative playlist so you both can add new songs etc.
