My Question or Issue

 I am moving to the US and will need to change the accounting for the account.  I would also like to carry over my playlists along with those of my family.  How do I do this seamlessly?  Also, can we determine what music won't carry over as I am a big fan of British and French music and would rather not lose that  music.

When you say you would like to change your account information, do you mean payment details etc? If so, there is some helpful steps here:

Any saved music should remain on the account(s) provided it is all available in the country you are moving to. In addition you may find the link here useful:

To follow up, I can not resign up until the billing cycle is over and then after that, I can resign up.  What if I don't have a US phone yet to resign up?  I have a US bank to bill it to.  And even though I cancel the subscription, it keeps my profile and playlists for a period of time?

Hey @ay_bevz-ds4q, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

You don't have to worry about the music in your account. If you go back to the Free service, all the songs you saved in your account will stay there. You just won't be able to use the Premium features until you resubscribe.

 

Once you move to the US and change the country registered in your account, you'll be able to see all the payment methods available for you at spotify.com/premium.
